Labels demand client start to make custom paper boxes in our company

I still remembered the date when I got contact with Maxim (the boss of Surmanti in New Zealand ),that is, May.10th, 2013. When I first time talked with Maxim about her packaging labels project, it was nearly 4 years ago. 

Maxim need packaging labels every 2 months so each year she placed order six times or seven times. The packaging labels have quite a lot of variants since Surmanti is a company for beauty & health nurse so lots of bottles products selling online. I thought we would be her loyal labels supplier since she always satisfied with our fast & qualified provided labels goods. However, life is full of surprise and coincidence. You never know what you would encounter for the next. We company are most professional for paper box & bag manufacturing so when I took photos of our showroom, most outstanding goods are those gift boxes we made. Maxim noticed that and she began to ask me for some quotes for paper boxes. Now we have expanded our cooperation projects with Surmanti, covering cardboard gift boxes, custom paper boxes, packaging labels, etc..

I got to know Jessy in May,2016 for the white Kraft paper bags. However, we delayed this project because the Purchasing Card not be ready till July. Her company always confirmed orders with credit cards. Meanwhile, the new launching of trade assurance offered us an alternative term to deal with business by that payment method in Alibaba.com. Then we started the sample making right away, after several days, Jessy received it with grateful satisfactions. Thus, we sure win the project--165000 pieces paper bags with rope handle.

 

 

In Aug, we started the second order for big size ones. To save the costs and time,  free plain sample was showed for checking the paper and out-look. She was quite happy with our kind help and place the 10W pcs bags immediately.

During the time, although the trade terms to be EXW. However, we’re glad to search for a good forwarder for Jessy. The competitive quotes were offered to her to compare a best company to deal with the D2D shipping. Jessy was gratitude for our effort and felt our factory is so reliable.

As per the third return order in Jan,2017. It’s very difficult to confirm in the end due to the security system of her credit card.Could not be workable to pay to any Chinese account. There’re no problem with our trade assurance system. And it’s just so weird that even the bank personnel could not make explanation. Then we have to think about other payment methods,such as West-Union, Paypal,but it’s just not helpful due to large amount payment. None of us give up. 

Jessy and I believe it will be successful finally. We kept calling to the custom service. What we heard from the bank was just not available. We discussed with our CEO and think of another good idea. Jessy could pay to one of the American Vendor of ours or her, then they will pay to us by T/T. Finally, it works without any issues.We appreciate the efforts and trust during the time. It depends on our patience and service quality to help with this project.

She will place the fourth order in July,2017.Yup!

At 7th December of 2016, I got an inquiry from Mr. Reinier Yero and mentioned that they need folding gift boxes with magnetic closure in white gloss paper and gold Iron on on top and inside. I quoted after confirming all details and enclosed some similar folding boxes we made. He told me that our products is very beautiful but the price is too high comparing with other supplier. I explain all the cost and showed more photos about the boxes we made and hope he can make a sample to check the quality and then discuss the price. Finally, she accept my suggestion and we promise to refund the sample cost when he confirm this order.

Ten days later, he got the samples and very happy with the boxes quality & in-time shipment. Finally,our company got this big order based on 10,000pcs and we believe our relationship will be better and better in the future with our best service and quality.
