At 20th March of 2017, I got her inquiry for coated paper shopping bag with rope and paper boxes. I sent her some similar pictures for the paper bag and paper boxes once I got her reply. She and her boss were interested in our products and wanted to got quotation as soon as possible.

She was very happy with our price and confirmed this order of bag firstly (10000pcs) within one month. That was a very fast order and we also finished the bags production within 20 working days and later sent to her warehouse in Guangzhou.

Ten days later, she got all goods and told me that was very good. They are very satisfied with our quality and service and speak highly of our job.

She told me that the box order will proceed on within 1 month since their artwork design not ready yet. That is a good beginning and hope we can do business for a long time.

Custom Wine Box Making For Irish Brand Coole Swan

It was a good meeting for us with Coole Swan in 2014. It is an Irish drinks brand which bound whiskey with chocolate & fresh and also founded more than 10 years locally.

As far as I've known, Coole Swan is a family business, owned and managed by husband and wife team Mary Sadlierand Philip Brady. They are all warm person and open to any suggestions/idea.Still remember that winter, they were looking for printed wine boxes manufacturersand sent us inquiry on Alibaba. 

We did not aware that they have big quantity demand until they proved our first sample with best fittest inner tray layout for their bottles. The box has 99% pure white coated paper with firm top grade cardboard material so leading to high quality. They were very pleased to choose us as for their custom wine box making. From then on, our business expanded mutually with more and more orders. More different series wine packaging boxes for bottles are made out afterwards.

Every year, Coole Swan purchased packaging for their wine bottles twice. Annual volume reach to 80,000 units as well as equivalent quantity wine gift bags, shipping boxes, tissue paper, seal sticker and so on.

Last year for Christmas season, they added some box models and thought out a new design for both wine bottles & chocolates gifts for sell. The two layers cardboard sliding box with magnetic closure came out. With luxury velvet EVA inside of box, the wine bottle is safely protected to endure long time delivery.

Uncoated Paper Cardboard Jewellery Gift Boxes

In early March of 2017, I got an inquiry for lid & bottom gift boxes in XS, S, M, L total 4 sizes for EDBLAD brand. After viewing the inquiry contents, I searched the EDBLAD brand online and got to know it is a Swedish brand for home accessories & jewelry products with delicate design. The exact inquiry quantity are quite large, detailed list as below:

XS- 60,000pcs/month
S- 180,000pcs/month
M- 42,000pcs/month
L- 18,000pcs/month

My first thought was that such big brand must have its cooperated suppliers previously and do doubt they have big demand based on their products selling. After we confirmed the detailed specs of that series jewellery gift boxes, we offered quotation based on monthly volume and got design files later. The real sample boxes were made of uncoated paper + 1.5mm greyboard with custom printing as pics shows:

The boxes material is uncoated paper instead of coated paper as we normally used for gift box making. Any personal writing on the box can be done easily. To add ribbon for decoration is also a good option. Even we used 900gsm grey board to make 1.5mm thick gift box, the hardness is much better than 1000gsm grey board which is B grade normally used. So client was very satisfied with the box quality.

The Top Brand Cosmetic Group in France "Yves Rocher"Said Yes to us!

  "Yves Rocher" was founded in 1959, it is a cosmetic group company,integrated in planting,researching,production,packaging,and selling and has become No. one brand in France since 2003.

  "Sabon" the sub-brand of Yves Rocher is one of the most famous skincare brands in the world,found us online and sent us an inquiry about their common size beauty box on February 4th.

  The purchasing manager Roey is great mother of two children,we discussed by emails at the beginning about their folding boxes collection orders,she was so satisfied with our price and soon send their samples to us for asking more accurate price.Finally we made a deal and first make samples for checking the quality for them.

 During that period,they soon placed a trail order of 8500pcs cylinder perfume boxes.They were very happy with our service and mass production quality. Now all the boxes were shipped this Monday. They are expecting continuous and future cooperation with us,so they requested their head office in China made a factory inspection in our company on June 22th.

  The qualification manager Vince and quality manager Alex were sent to our factory,we picked them at the hotel at 8:30 in the morning. After arriving the factory,they soon started the work and made a whole day inspection for all aspects ,such as factory scale, QA&QC management,social responsibility.......

  They affirmed our basic management system,after-service system,quality control system as well as better and smooth communication between each department. At the same time,they hope we can make some improvement in some details,such as how to better stock those reserved samples from each order,how to make a standard sampling table,how to make full use of the warehouse. They are so strict and professional,but we are very appreciated their suggestions. In this way our company can grow more faster.

New Design of Mailing Boxes Ideas

It was a happy and wonderful start for my colleague Lillian who found her first work in our company and met Ellen Brooks from Germany last September.

Ellen Brooks,the owner of a cosmetic company,found our website and sent Lillian an inquiry about their custom shipping boxes.  At first,Ellen just had a rough idea about their product packaging, he was thinking of making a set of mailing box,inside one was normal black corrugated box with flat top,outside was a tuck end top with easy and recyclable rip pull.All materials he wanted to use CCNB laminated flute paper which was cheap. But Lillian might first misunderstand his request for the outer box,so made him the sample with kraft paper laminated on flute paper.Of course,Ellen was so angry about this and needed some explanation from our side.

But when he got the sample and after we explained to him,the kraft paper was more expensive and recyclable than CCNB,he liked the new box and confirmed his first big order soon.See the first mailing box sets we made for him last year:

After the first cooperation,he was so satisfied with Lillian's service and our professional suggestions, soon gave his second and third order to us within three months.

But this year,he said he heard some complains from his workers in the warehouse that when they are packing their products into the boxes,it is a little time wasting to tear the sticker on the outside box since their orders from their customers become larger and larger.So it was necessary they need a new packaging solution which could avoid this problem.

After considering his request,we suggested him to make just one box but with inner tray to hold his products inside which can also protect his products during shipping.

But how to make the inner tray and which material to use since his products are not the same sizes and shapes based on different customers'purchasing? EVA and PET are very good to cut the shape but very expensive and not so recyclable.Finally we made such a sample box tray for him which solved his problem,he called it a perfect idea.See the picture on the right side.

It's glad that I met Joe in February 7th , 2017 when we got on work from Chinese New Year. He is a particularly wise businessman.

Cheryln is an excellent designer. Loving her artworks. For the third time production(10000pcs boxes), the designs have been changed as square shape. Amazing too.

In fact, thing was not easy to process at the beginning. It’s full foiled stamping on the front surface of the boxes. When our workers laminating the art paper with the grey board, the foil would be scratched. It’s bad. Our clients were not satisfied with those boxes. In this case, we’ve discussed the problem with our dept to find the best solution. Finally, we advise to be foiled stamping first then with the glossy lamination. Exactly, it’s the best way, and boxes look quite luxury, they loved them so much!^_^ And this is the most unique cosmetic cardboard gift box we made so far as well.

Because they insist on doing matte lamination at first, if by that way, the foil stamping would be so bad, we have not made like that before during the 13 years printing service.

Thanks god, everything is so smooth nowadays. The third order would be finished before end of June.
