He contacted us in Nov,2016 for the custom magnetic collapsible gift boxes.
At first, he requested one sample box before mass production. Before starting, our designer helped with completing the artwork for him. Since some pattern and text were not in vector, that could not be used for printing. After that, he asked us for making the EVA insert too. Our factory do could offer, he sent to us one old sample from old supplier, choose us as the new supplier because of our nice service with competitive price.
After 4 working days, sample box and insert were done perfectly, quite luxury and wonderful design they made. We took a video for Merlijn, he loved so much, was appreciated our great job. Without any delay, let us to produce right away with confirmation of the video, no need to mail out. That meant our factory could save customer’s time and costs. And we just purchased the raw material, he would like to increase the qty for their good business, yeah!
In April, 2017, he placed the order for coated paper one side black printed drawer boxes, we do could make this job. Every time, when finished production, we help with shipment from Guangzhou to Fuzhou--his other supplier for the footstool.
The exciting thing we’d like to share was he reorder the same foldable gift box last month with one small box project. Now planing to order mailing boxes too. It must be good communication to convince him.
